More Information About This Class

My style of teaching is that I give you a set of notes which I create myself, based on what I believe can help you learn well and understand the chapter thoroughly. There are examples there with my handwritten workings, and I'll highlight key areas to look out for as well as things to take note of. Assignments are highly personalized and I put in a lot of effort into those, as I primarily target weak areas for intensive practice; homework given will be marked by me over the week by the next lesson :) I am very very patient! Give me a shot and you'd not regret it!

Tutor's Experience

5 years of tutoring experience in VIA programmes. Currently having 2 math students (all separate timings, 1 to 1 private tuition) and doing well so far. All have mentioned me as very "approachable and lively" ;)

Testimonials for Eric Leow Yu Quan

Civics Tutor
by Eric Leow Yu Quan 7 years ago

A genuine intellectual, Eric revelled in the opportunity to stretch himself academically. At his best in Chemistry, he set the standard to which others aspired. Eric was virtually a permanent resident on the Dean's List. Most pleasingly, despite his intelligence and his glittering achievements, Eric displays not an ounce of intellectual arrogance, and in fact proved being both generous and patient in guiding his less successful peers.

It is an understatement to say that Eric has made many good friends in RI, where his classmates all describe him as a gentleman who is amiable and finds it hard to say no when approached for help. It does not take long to understand why his classmates and his peers hold him in high regard. Eric is always cheerful, optimistic and comfortable making jokes about himself. His peers naturally gravitate towards him.
