The nature of this class aims to earnestly listen and understand the needs of a child; to then work out how best to use the child's strengths and weaknesses to better develop an all-rounded, happy individual with a clearer and more dynamic outlook on life.
Lester is a free-thinking educator and a creative. His passion is understanding and uncovering the ‘how’ and ‘why’ behind things. He gets annoyed by shoddy work, wants
to make things better and absolutely loves making a difference. His career has seen him work in almost all aspects of languages, communications and education; giving his approach to things that are objective led and a hunger to ask questions so as to derive better answers. Lester’s energy and drive to produce great work can only be matched by his enthusiasm for building and developing understanding and effective relationships.
Tutor's Experience
After studying Linguistics & Social Psychology, Lester dabbled with the more academic route as a Speech Therapy Assistant,
a translator for Kellogg’s and teaching at St Lawrence’s Primary School in York(United Kingdom) and a German-English Kindergarten in Hamburg(Germany). Little did he know that his first ever job(Public Relations for/with Swarovski) would come to a near full circle this many years later; through marketing in the form of branding and advertising. In his spare time, Lester provides classes for children ages 3-12 and tutors Primary and Secondary levels.
