More Information About This Class
Class will focus on current O-Level syllabus. Specialises in English, Creative Writing and Argumentative Writing and Comprehension Skills.
Class will be catered to individual needs of students at their own learning pace. Lesson materials will be provided. Class will be conducted in a group of 4 for bouncing off ideas, and group discussion. Limited at 4 for a conducive environment for specialised learning.
The socratic method of learning will be applied here. Students will be taught how to verbally express their opinions and have it challenged. Students will also be taught analytical skills and critical thinking - to always question a position that has been brought to them.
Tutor's Experience
I have been tutoring for 6 years and specialise in English Language and General Paper. I focus specifically on argumentative writing, and encourage students to always question a position brought to them. My legal degree has taught me the necessary skills to excel in English.
I am currently a full-time tutor at Grade Solutions Learning Centre, focusing on Creative Writing and Comprehension Skills. I am also a part-time tutor at The Learning Board, teaching upper secondary school students the same techniques that will be taught in this private class.
