Tutor's Experience
I graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from NUS and has been a Full-Time Math Tutor for 10 years. I specialised in teaching secondary level (A-Math & E-Math) and junior college level (H1 & H2 mathematics). I have several certificates of distinction in Australian Maths Competitions and Maths Olympiads.
I am an experienced and patient tutor who has taught many math students with various learning abilities. My teaching approach serves to reinforce topical concepts and key problem solving methods, followed by drills on other schools’ exam papers and past years' papers.
Most of my students have improved from fail to B/C within 3 months after I taught them. They had maintained A/B grade in their subsequent exams as I stay committed on to teach them from secondary to JC level.
Currently, I have about 20 students in secondary 1, 2, 3 and 4 students in A-Math and E-Math and JC H1/H2 math students.
