Tutor's Experience
3 years of tutoring experience with keen interest to reach out to students who are failing, borderline grade, no interest in studies or learning difficulties/conditions. Objective as a tutor is to understand the learning difficulties of each student, explore and tailor the learning methods to suit different learners. Work on progress and we'll finally reach our goal.
2017: NT Maths and Science (all levels), Lower secondary Science
2018: Upper secondary Combined Phys/Chem
2019: Lower secondary Maths
2020: Secondary 3 Maths
Student's progress: average improvement of 2 grades, NT students with slight dyslexia has improved from a fail grade to minimum B grade for N level.
Finally, having been through an engineering career for 5 years, I would like to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and real world application by sharing work experience, and ultimately is to groom them to be an independent learner in the long-term with confidence.
