Educators worldwide have acknowledged the fact that education is not a "one size fits all" as there are students who cannot cope with normal school. Why are top tutors so expensive? The answer has 3 parts:-

1) Diagnostic teaching. "Diagnostic" a word commonly used in the medical industry where a doctor diagnoses the patient and prescribes the right treatment. The same applies with "Diagnostic Teaching" as the tutor assesses each child through a series of tests and observations and from there be able to "prescribe" the correct methods for the child to learn and accelerate academic success.

2) Educational content; tools, tips, tricks, models, formulas, short cuts, etc. Don't be afraid to spend on quality programs and educational tools that are out there in the world. There are brilliant programs that schools can purchase to tackle problems and accelerate their student's academic success!

3) Teacher quality. You have gone to school and let's face it, you may like some teachers and you may not like some teachers. Some teacher's lessons are interesting and some not.

Here's what my students said about me:-

"I have never passed my exams from P1 to P5 but after 1 year of tuition with Uncle Shaik, I passed my P.S.L.E and now I am in Kent Ridge Secondary School! Uncle Shaik is an interesting teacher because he is fun, funny and shows me the methods that I can really understand. He makes everything seem to be so easy."

Saranraj. Sec 1 Student. Kent Ridge Secondary School.

"I could not speak English when I first came to Singapore but less than 2 years with Uncle Shaik, I could speak English, I passed my A.E.I.S exams and entered a Singapore primary school. The funniest thing is that now I don't even think in Vietnamese, I think in English! Thanks to Uncle Shaik!"

Huynh Bao Long. Vietnamese studying in Singapore. Average score 80 and above.

"Uncle Shaik is fun and VERY FUNNY so I really like to listen to him because he teaches me how to be smart and overcome my problems without stress. He makes everything look easy."
