More Information About This Class
Classes are fun and interactive as I don't believe in memorizing and scolding students to obtain results.
I have developed a set of techniques (Effective Studying Technique or ESP) for my students. Curriculum will be individually tailored for each student even though it is in a group setting. Classes are kept small so that individualized attention can be given all students. Curriculum is based on MOE's latest syllabus and lesson plans will be tailored in accordance to each student's required areas for improvement.
Students will see an improvement after a few lessons and will look forward to them.
Research has shown that students learn best in a small group environment. It is economical and student benefit from both peer learning and individual attention.
Interactive online lesson can be arranged if the student is not able to attend the lesson for valid reasons.
Tutor's Experience
I am a full-time tutor with more than 20 years of experience ( both group and individual tuition) . I have taught children as young as 3 years of age to adults, from special needs children to students taking TOEFL. I believe learning is a journey and in order to excel, it has to be interesting and fun.
All my students see a marked improvement after taking lessons with me and develop a very positive attitude towards learning. Getting a A or B from failing the subject is not unusual in my class.
I am starting more groups for group tuition this year to reach out to more students who will benefit from my teaching techniques.
