This is basically a place set up to fleece parents disguised as a tuition center to help kids. My daughter grades got worse, and they still demanded I pay a full month fee. I will be taking this to higher authorities. Please, if you are reading this, DO NOT send your children there. Let my bad experience be a learning for you.
Raymond studios recently started to take full fees for the month but when there is a public holiday they dont replace or prorate the fees. If my daughter takes 4 subjects at 250 per month, this year i will be paying $535 for nothing. Worst thing is other students from other classes not affected by public holidays get extra lessons! This is unfair. I pay 1070 per month for 4 subjects. I think if they are not going to prorate or replace classes i will not continue putting my daughter in raymond studios. Other parents of classmates are also not happy. Hope Raymond review this.
