More Information About This Class
This class is taught by one of the centre's best tutor, Mr Lim Xiaokai. Mr Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Science degree, majoring in Mathematics (2nd Upper Honours). He has since gone on to obtain a post-graduate Diploma in Education from the National Institute of Education (NIE).
Before becoming a full-time tutor, Mr Lim joined Raffles Institution as a full-time teacher teaching Mathematics. Having a passion in the area of Mathematics, Mr Lim is always looking out for easy yet comprehensive ways to assist his students in tackling the toughest of Mathematics problems. To further enhance his pedagogy and knowledge in Mathematics, he is currently pursuing a Masters in Mathematics for Educators in NIE and his areas of specialisation are mainly IP (Integrated Programme) and Junior College Mathematics.
Mr Lim is able to develop a strong rapport with his students and from there motivate and encourage them in overcoming their fear of Mathematics, eventually gaining mastery in the subject.
