Incorporated in 2017, BLLEC's curriculum is planned and designed according to the latest updated Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus, by MOE teachers with more than 40 years of experience.

We Have a group of dedicated and enthusiastic educators, including NIE-trained and retired MOE Teachers. Every teacher is highly qualified in Chinese language teaching.

Fun engaging activities and interactive games through enhanced technology to develop interest! The achievement chart records and rewards the motivated.

BLLEC focuses on all aspects of Chinese Language - Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing, to achieve outstanding performance in school and daily usage of the language.

We believe a small size class is an intergral part of a world-class education with all the benefits it can provide. At BLLEC, each class has a maximum number of 8 students.
