More Information About This Class
This class is opened for China students whom have passed their AEIS and have just been accepted into government schools. Through this class, I will be teaching lower secondary Writing skills and Comprehension skills. Classes will be conducted in an experiential and interactive way where students will be taught on how to think critically, brainstorm and express their feelings and thoughts through writing and verbally. The aim of this class is to help China students find confidence in their English Proficiency level and to help them to assimilate into the Secondary school syllabus as quickly as possible.
Tutor's Experience
Hi, I'm Qi Qi. I am 27 years old and have been in the tutoring line for 9 years. Since I was 17, I started to discover that I have a passion in teaching and a great interest in the English Language. I specialise in teaching English. I have taught many students and majority of them are foreigners. Many of my ex-students have completed their O levels with excellent results and have thus moved on to the United States and Australia to further their studies. I have taught in tuition centres, student drop in centres as well as in a private school for students taking their AEIS. In the recent 2015 AEIS Dec results, 5 of my sec 1 students and 2 of my sec 2 students obtained good results and gained entry into a government school. I believe that with the experience I have gained over the years, my teaching can benefit any student. In the previous private school I have taught, students who attended my class had given me a 5/5 rating in the Teacher's Feedback form. Students will definitely benefit from the curriculum and lesson plans I have accumulated and designed over the years of teaching.
