Tutor's Experience
Greetings all keen learners and parents! My name is Jesley, and I have been teaching Mathematics for 5 years since I started studying at NTU. The truth is that I do not come from a renowned school, and I do not always excel in Mathematics. Learning mathematics back in my days was not an easy task for me as I struggled to understand formulas & concepts in the textbook. I was the kind of student who gets F9 in test, but A1 at the end of the year. Thanks to that, it helped me understand my role as a tutor, from a student's perspective.
It was my personal journey that help me conduct lessons the easy way out. Simplifying questions, through step-by-step guidance, and introducing related formulas repetitively until this becomes a subconscious habit to the students.
