Tutor's Experience
I taught upper primary and upper secondary English Language as a part-time tutor before my stint in the public service sector in 2014 which prohibits moonlighting. During the 3 years as a part-time tutor, I ran a church-based English language tuition programme for lower-income families in the eastern part of Singapore and also took an O-level repeat student who failed his English with E8. After assessing him for two lessons, I tailored my lessons specifically to address his weaknesses. Subsequently, he passed his second attempt with a grade of C5 within a span of 5 months.
