More Information About This Class
Upper Primary English Tuition with Mr Yeo prepares the student to be ready for PSLE English Language Exam. Students will be assessed on their fundamentals in the English Language to determine a suitable programme to help them achieve their targets.
For a student to be adequately prepared for the PSLE English Language Exam, they must be prepared in technical skills, exam skills and mental skills. Students will build on and improve their English Language skills to be fully equipped to handle the demands of the paper. They will learn the various strategies to tackle the different segments of the paper. They will also be trained in mental skills on motivation and the ability to handle stress and think clearly during exams.
Tutor's Experience
I am a former MOE teacher since 2005. Left the service end-2018 to become a full-time tutor. I specialised in teaching English Language throughout my 15 years as an educator. I have deep experience working with upper primary students preparing them for PSLE. I have a proven track record to achieve value-added results for English Language for mainstream and foundation students alike. I am professional and structured in my approach while always tailoring my programme to fit the individual student’s need and profile. Currently, my students range from P1 - P6 and they come from local and international schools.
