They are in self denial of their poor management and services. However, if you still intend to enroll, 1)please check on their teachers' credentials and don't forget to ask them how do they assess if their teachers are truly qualified.
2) please communicate only in writing. They will misquote you, if you don't.
You should save your children by avoiding this one. The school is a scam with very bad quality teachers. They claim all their teachers are full time teachers but later we found out many are just part timers without any teaching credentials.
Later we even found out that the part time teacher's hourly rate is 25 dollars. Do you expect any teachers with good credentials to teach there with such rates.
Used to study at Tai Seng. The staff are quite rude. I suggest you choose other tuition centre. There were a few good tutors in the past but they have left. There is a high attrition rate in this tuition centre. I think most of the tutors are from Mainland China, with a few local tutors. I personally think that a few of the local tutors are quite good and experienced but sadly they had left KEWO.
