The centre has closed since Oct but too sudden and the management did not inform us early and we couldn't get our deposit back. Initially, we though the centre was good but after my child has attended for several months, we find the materials given were duplicated from assignment books and not much attention was given. A good science teacher taught my girl but she left which we were not sure of the reason... could not find any suitable one even when the management offered to transfer the lessons to another branch. All in all, if I know the turnover rate is so high and there isn't seem to have a structured lesson plan, I wouldn't let my child go. After changing to a male science teacher, he kept shouting in class that many students were too afraid to even ask questions. There is also not much science experiment done and the facilities are really run-down.. free lesson given and discounted rate were offered but the quality are not good.

If there is a zero rating, I would give. Don't be taken in by discount rate or free lesson. There is nothing the centre can offer and standard is not of gd quality work. Worksheets seem so out-of-date. The executive kept giving the wrong worksheets especially during online lessons. Most of the teachers are not MOE trained and the executives don't seem to know the local school system well.

My first impression of this centre is good. The place is clean, with friendly staff. Their facilities are also decent. However, this centre lacks their original content. They mainly use off the shelve assessment books which does not impress. The turnover rate of tutors is a concern. Some tutors have shared me some negative feedback about the management which is worrying. I guess we all wish to have tutors who are enthusiastic about teaching at the centre instead. Perhaps things will be better in future.

We had terminated few teachers who did not meet our school’s expectations over the past 20 years, for examples : he or she did not turn up for lessons on time regularly, who did not mark the students worksheets every week or who did not prepare their lessons in advance before the actual lessons. We also noticed that some of ex teachers act as “ fake parents or customers “ in the google reviews try to damages our schools reputation. We have informed our appointed lawyers to act on our behalf to deal with those fake accounts holders. But our schools produced the Lee Kuan Yew excellence award, the best improvement awards etc to our fellow students over the years. We trust this will clarify those doubts created by the fake accounts on the reviews. Thank you.

Worksheets and test papers given are copied from assessment books and schools with their centre logo added on to make it look like their own. It is also not up to date with the latest MOE syllabus. The classes there only follow the express standard which NA/NT students will not benefit at all as the pace is totally different.
