Putra Star Aspire is a learning hub which offers a comprehensive range of academic tutoring and lifeskills coaching services. We pride ourselves in delivering quality tutoring services through specialised and experienced trainers at affordable rates. Our focus is on mathematics and physics at upper secondary and junior college levels.

Our principal trainer Justin graduated from Imperial College London with a Master of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering as part of an overseas undergraduate scholarship. He was the top student in the department of aeronautics for 2 consecutive years and was awarded the Royal Aeronautical Society Prize for Excellence and All-Roundedness. Justin firmly believes in the importance of lateral growth as a key driver of agility and personal innovation. He was previously an integration manager supporting the implementation of shared services at a global engineering conglomerate, in addition to undertaking stints in corporate governance and internal audit, after some years as an aviation design and development engineer. Formerly from Hwa Chong Institution, he was also a gymnast and served as the president of the film-making society. Justin believes that a constant reinvention of one’s self is key to journeying from height to height.

Justin currently supports students from a diverse range of backgrounds and academic inclinations, not just on the academic front but also in terms of strength-building and nurturing their aspirations for the future. Schools include Raffles Institution, Hwa Chong International, St Andrew’s Junior College, ACS Independent, Kuo Chuan Presbyterian, Nexus International, Tanglin Secondary, and Unity Secondary. Students typically see an improvement of 2-3 grades within 5-6 months on average for math and physics at both O and A Level educational tiers. He also has experience in supporting students with learning difficulties, provides lifeskills training for students in areas such as project work and personal coaching for scholarship candidates. Justin believes that dreams and beliefs are key to unlocking a student’s potential through positive influence and active coaching.
