I sent my kid to the center for study. But the teacher work like a part-timer. Just clock hours.
They are not bothered if the kid does the work or learn anything. Not responsible.
During P6, after I feedback to the center on the progress and concern I had for my kid. They reviewed and recommended me to switch to a different time slot where the teacher is better and will have more time to work with my kid.
After confirming on this arrangement, I also made payment for the term in full. On the day of lesson, 2hours before the class, I received a msg from write edge that the teacher left the center. They can only arrange an interim teacher(real part time teacher) teacher for this lesson. Only after a few lessons later, they arranged a junior teacher to teach my P6.
Felt cheated! This year is a critical year for my P6 and they do that.
Consider real hard before you decide to try this center.
